Avenue is redefining luxury living in Bellevue, Washington, with two stunning 26-story towers, a vibrant retail plaza, and an Intercontinental Hotel occupying the first twelve floors of the Estates Tower. But with so many beautiful single-family homes in the area, they faced a unique challenge: how do they position Avenue as the must-have lifestyle for empty nesters and young tech professionals?
Enter the "Imagine Being Me" campaign. It was all about making the future buyers feel what it’s like to live at Avenue. We asked them to picture it: “Imagine Seeing What I’m Seeing,” “Imagine Falling in Love All Over Again,” “Imagine a Michelin Star Chef Just an Elevator Ride Away.” Every line led to the powerful punchline: "Imagine Being Me." And yes, they really do have two Rolls Royce SUV’s available anytime to residents, with chauffeur.
We didn’t just sell condos—we sold the experience, the lifestyle, the feeling of what life could be like at Avenue. The team crafted a campaign that resonated deeply with the target buyers.
